On street parking is available directly outside the entrance to the apartment block.
Bedding, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. The property will not be cleaned during your stay and you may use the washing facilities provided for bedding and towels if required.

The large roof top terrace offers you views of the surrounding countryside as well as plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The shared roof top pool provides a welcome cool-down in the summer months and in off-season periods the terrace enables you to make the most of the sunshine.
Important notes on accommodation
Being on the third (top) floor, the apartment benefits from a cooling breeze in the summer months. The location of the apartment is a short walk to the centre of the village with all its amenities, it has attracted a number of the people in the block to make it their permanent home so the communal areas are very well maintained.
How to get there:
The apartment is approximately a 45 minute drive from Alicante airport and approximately a 30 minute drive from Murcia airport, car hire is recommended.
A refundable key deposit of 100 Euros is required on arrival and a 45 Euros cleaning fee is payable on check out.
Please remember the apartment block is primarily a residential block, therefore most residents do live there all year round. Please refrain from late night noise and loud music. If complaints are received you may be asked to leave the apartment prior to your checkout date. If this is the case you will not receive a refund and your key deposit maybe withheld until a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed.
