Welcome to a wonderful Key West style familyowned condo! Our sunny and spacious home with wooden floors and a patio is located in a really nice and beautiful gated community. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests (7 guest with the pull-out sofa). The gated community is near Disney aswell as outlets and restaurants and gives you a perfect starting point for your adventures. With a wonderful poolarea and a gym you also have the opportunity to just relax the hole day staying home.

Runaway Beach Club is a wonderful vacation spot for the entire family located in the Central Florida's tourist area and just a stone throw away from Disney, the outlets and the golf courses!
The resort is a quiet gated community flaunting all the charms of the Key West cottages.
In our lovely, sunny and spacious 2 bedroom condo located on ground floor and renovated with wooden floors in 2014 you will find
- 3 beds that can accommodate up to 5-6 people, 7 people if you use the pull out sofas
- one bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed, TV, armed chair a drawer and has its own bathroom and spacious walk-in closet equipped with a safe;
- one bedroom that is furnished with a twinbed, a single bed, a TV, a drawer and its own spacious walk-in closet. It also has direct access to its own big bathroom and a big wardrobe.
The living room is connected with the kitchen and offers 1 sofa (that can be converted into a queen-sized bed), a armchair with an ottoman, a TV and direct access to a lovely patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped (granite countertops, standard size appliances, and a table ready for 6, 8 if you use the "bar".
We also have
-full size washer and dryer; (“laundry room")
-fresh linens and towels;
-ceiling fans and air conditioning;
-wooden floor
- free parking right in front of the unit;
-free WiFi access all over the resort;
-security gate with a security code
-security code to the front door
No smoking nor animals permitted.
The condo unit is completely cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure;
On the resort's grounds, you will also find a large swimming pool, a children swimming pool with a water playground, a whirlpool spa (open until 11), comfortable chairs, a vast sundeck overlooking the beautiful pond and a fully-equipped gym. Here you can relax the hole day or after a day of acitivites in the area.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an extra charge for reservations of 4 nights or more if bookings permit, if this is essential to your travel please contact me before making your reservation.
Please note that this is a family home and not a hotel or companyowned condo. We therefore can not give you the same attention as a hotel or a company. We hope that you will be careful with our home and that you will love this condo and area as much as we do. Enjoy your vacation.

You will have access to the hole apartment (except from a small door under the stairs) as well as the above described fascilities on the premises. That is to say: Free parking, free wifi and a large swimming pool, a children swimming pool with a water playground, a whirlpool spa (open until 11), comfortable chairs, a vast sundeck overlooking the beautiful pond, a fully-equipped gym as well as an indoor basketball court. There is also barbecue possibilitys along the pond.

This is a family vacation home. It is not owned by a company or a hotel even though we will have someone that can help you on site if necessary. We will try to answer every question you might have as soon as possible but please note that since we are a family living in Europe the timedifference can affect our possibilties to answer you immediately. During your stay you will have an emergency number to call.
Because it is our family vacation home we ask you to take good care of the condo and treat it as it is your own. We would also recommend that you read the airbnb instructions before booking.

You will live in a a gated community with a lovely poolarea. Not so far and not so close, there are resaturants, supermarkets (Walmart) and lot´s of attractions, including a high fly experience around 9 miles away. Just around the corner (5 minutes) you can also find a really nice golf course that we can recommend.
