Its a Work in progress but tis a nice clean, warm spacious house in a lovely quite setting with lots of bird song in the mornings, Good wifi and office space with Falcarragh village less than 5 minutes walk, and about 1km or less to the beach. the furniture is basic and quite a few other small defects which i listed in the long description. Have a lovely time.

House is in a lovely Quiet Setting with trees and the Birds are usually singing when u wake up in the morning, less than a 5 minute walk to the village, shops, pubs and restaurants, locals are very welcoming and its 10/15 mins walk to the Beach or the Golf Course which is also a nice place to go for a stroll even if you dont like to play. House has a lot of character but still a work in progress, there is a gate at the minute for keeping the dogs in, also all the bedrooms are upstairs. The furniture is basic and there's an unfinished second living room downstairs which is used as a garage/storage room, the wooden floors could do with varnishing, the back door doesnt open, also the porch in the room upstairs is unfinished but it doesn't affect the room as its closed off by patio doors, the ensuite needs some finishing touches.The couch is old so have a throw over it but its washed for each guest. Aside from all that it's amazing ! I am biased of course but It has lots of great reviews, most people are giving 5 out of 5 nowadays since I got a reliable cleaner

Pubs, Restaurant, kayaking, Surfing, Golf , Hillwalking on Derryveagh Mountains including Mount Errigal and Muckish Mountain, Glenveagh National Park is 20 miles away.

The House needs a little work yet, there's a large unfinished room downstairs which is closed, the back patio door doesnt open and the wooden floors in the hall and the dining room need varnishing, the furniture is basic and the driveway needs chips or tar but it should be dry over the summer months until it is redone for the winter, thanks to the Air BnB :-) also there is a problem with the chimney so there isnt a fire, but the oil burner is set to come on to keep the house warm. Its a lovely spacious house, a nice quite setting, only 5 min walk 2 the local village, 10 min 2 golf course and beach .

A Truely Magical place, untouched by commercial tourism, nice friendly people, with music in the pubs, friendly local supermarkets and restaurants and you have the beach and mountains to yourself most of the time.

Hi there, i am a web designer living in Dublin with my girlfriend and 3 year old boy, i love Falcarragh and the surrounding area, i also love Dublin so am living here while i make the house into my retirement palace :-) At the minute its not quite a palace but i think you will still love it nonetheless. I am at home a lot during the summer except when the entire house is rented, this summer i am also renting individual rooms so i can stay more in this wonderful place too.
