It must be added that the complex has an open-air heated pool and post of doorman. Furthermore, there's an optional gym (price not included in the apartment one).
This location is placed 10 minutes on foot from the commuter rail stop "Los Boliches" and from the Fuengirola fairground. Right behind the building complex there is a supermarket, Mercadona, and a laundromat. Besides, there's a wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby.
It's ideal for romantic escapades and enjoy the sound of the breaking waves, the beach, beach bars and so on, or just relish a well-deserved vacation at la Costa del Sol.

What I love about the apartment is that it is by the beach, the sand is good quality and the seawater is usually clear. Likewise, it is one of the areas in Fuengirola where you get most sun rays, for instance, in the summertime you can sunbathe until 9 p.m.
Main shops, transportation connections as well as leisure and culinary services are handy; but away from the noise and bustle they cause. All the clubs and discos are 700 meters away.
There are many different types of restaurants for every budget in the surroundings: traditional Spanish, Japanese, Belgian, German, Persian, Hindu, Mexican, Thai, Cypriot, etc.
