Our home is located in the quiet bay of the medieval town of Cavtat. Villa is situated merely 40 meter from the sea and the beaches, it hosts a beautiful view of both Cavtat and the walled Town of Dubrovnik.

The villa offers private accommodations in modernly designed apartment. This apartment has a room with a double bed (can be separated into two singles upon request), a sofa bed (can be third bed upon request), a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen with table and two chairs on the private balcony, air conditioning, SAT TV, built-in refrigerator, and wireless internet. Guests are welcomed to use the large private garden which is an ideal place to rest in a relaxing atmosphere.
The villa is situated in the direct vicinity of the sea, overlooking the nearby islands and the ancient cities of Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Visitors are unanimous that the view from the villa is among the most beautiful on the entire Croatian coast.
Underneath the villa, just 40 meters away, is the first crystal clear beach (pebble/sand). Several other beaches are in direct vicinity including a nudist beach situated in an isolated location just 10 minutes walk from the villa. Beaches are clean and the sea is clear.
Dubrovnik airport is 4 km away and we arrange transfers for a nominal fee.
