El Salvador’s Beach House, it’s a brand new, contemporary beach property with an industrial loft vibe. Located inside Xanadú, a private gated community at the coast of La Libertad, La Paz.
The house, that was built over a steep terrain, took advantage of this fact and was designed to give an amazing ocean view from avery private and common area of the house, from the bedrooms on the top floor, to the living room and kitchen downstairs.
Also on the ground floor, you find the locally sourced wooden deck, a beautiful infinity pool, and an outdoor shower.

The house have has a 2 storey distribution. On the ground floor you get access to the living room, dinner, kitchen, a bathroom ,a natural grass front yard, a wooden deck and the infinity pool.
On the second storey you get access to the ocean view bedrooms with top to floor windows.
其他注意事項
If your flight leaves the same date of your check out, you can expand your stay until your time of departure, at no extra cost. Although we will have to ask you if you can provide us with your ticket (a picture will do) for verification.

Xanadu Complex where the beach house is located, is near from El Tunco (you can enjoy about restaurants of different styles: Pizzeria, Sushi, Pupusas, Local dishes, coffee and ice creams, bars, live music, parties, chill and walk around as the most touristic place in La Libertad), also you can find close Betos Restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood, oysters, etc. If you prefer you can drive to Malecon or the Harbor to by some fresh seafood and cook a great bbq at home. Dont forget the beaches and the surf points more important: Sunzal, Bocana, Zonte, Punta Roca etc. If you love adventures: Tamaniques waterfalls!

It is my pleasure to introduce myself as your host in your experience of the beach house in El Salvador. I am Salvadoran in heart but I have bits of the whole world in my soul. I grew up in Spain and throughout my life I have lived in different places but after traveling I found myself in El Salvador where I have undertaken this personal project to make possible your stay and your trip an unique adventure and help in what is within my reach so that you enjoy not only the house but also the wonders that this little bit of Central America offers for you. I want to share that I enjoy cooking, surfing, yoga, traveling, reading and enjoying my dog. In addition, I want to mention that as a host I will attend any questions or concerns I am at disposal, I love El Salvador and I hope you enjoy it too! As the owner and host of the beach house, I have an apartment under the house (which is not included in the rent of the whole house). If you need me I will be aware of any concerns or help that you may need, but I totally privacy my guests and I do not stay in the house during your (URL HIDDEN) I enjoy surfing, yoga and outdoor activities and if you want to know more about the locality you can let me know!
