The first part of this review will be useful to other visitors. This is our home and contains our things: books, toys, etc. We pack things away and make room for guests but it's definitely not an empty, immaculate rental flat. It's lovingly lived in. The rest is a bit unfair as we emailed instructions and tried to call or guests many times to solve the heating problem but they wouldn't pick up. When we got back we saw that they'd switched the boiler off, if they'd read our emails and answered our calls they could have simply switched it back on as that's the first thing we suggested (we have a Tado so it's easy to see what happens to the heating from away).
