Bonjour Jeremy, thank you very much for taking the time to submit such a sincere and thorough comment. We are happy to know your family enjoyed the great Eiffel Tower area location. If we somehow seemed unapproachable, we apologize. We are here to make your stay better. With a quick phone call or email, you can signal any issue to us, and we can usually fix most problems while you’re out enjoying yourself in the city. The flat is always equipped with towels, bedding and linens for 4 guests (bed in the bedroom plus the sofa bed). The extra linens were found in the bedroom cupboard and we are terribly sorry this was not pointed out to you during your check-in. We would like to point out that we do not promise to provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. These are all items which we do not typically provide as everyone has different tastes and expectations regarding these items, and in the past, guests have not been pleased to find half-used salt containers and other items in the flat, so we feel it is better to leave them out. There is, of course, a grocery store very close by where you can purchase all of these items to your liking. The photos were done by a professional photographer recommended to us by the website and accurately reflect the actual apartment, so we are sorry if you were under the impression that additional decorations had been added. We do hope you will give us a second chance to host you in the future as we have many apartments and there is surely one that better suits your needs and expectations in terms of location, decorations and more.
