18th Century ( DOG FRIENDLY) farm house within 20 min. walk or 5 min. drive to center of Woodstock. Also short walk (3/4mile) around the corner to the LEVON HELM Ramble&Recording events at his original studio.
Great hiking, cycling, restaurants, boutiques, theater and music in lovely Catskills.
Swimming stream in woods just a little over a mile away on a small Woodstock road. Makes hot summer days cooler.
ONE NIGHT STAYS OK, but on
MAJOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS there is a 2 night minimum stay.

Additional guests will be charged $100 each extra per night to cover the extra
strain on the water and septic system.

1 bath with shower, hair dryer and towels.
1 half/ bath with hair dryer, towels, etc.
Tea and/or coffee maker in kitchen with other cooking kitchen utensils for at home meals. Some condiments provided.
Totally equipped home. Just bring yourselves, food and clothing and personal items.
Rubber boots are good for rainy days and high grass as well.
If you don't feel like cooking. We have a list of lovely places to eat and explore in the town of Woodstock and neighboring towns of Saugerties and Phoenicia.
Trailways bus service is available from the center of Woodstock to NYC, Albany and more.
24 hour notice required for reservation.

HOLIDAY Weekends - $310 per night including Sunday nights. There is also a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY on holidays and holiday weekends.
If available, one night stays may be possible from Monday night thru
Thursday nights.

Easy access to town without being surrounded by suburban or town crowding. The center of Woodstock is a nice 15 minute walk, a 5 minute drive by car and a maybe 8 minute bike ride from the house depending on your speed. Also a very short walk to Levon Helm Ramble theater - just around the corner, 3/4 mile.
Neighbors are not in view. Additional buildings on property are storage and studio.
The house is a nice combination of privacy and easy road access all year round.
