Cozy and spacious villa by the sea, a quiet and pleasant place, with a range of services at walking distance like restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 with twin beds) 3 full bathrooms and 1 separate toilet on the ground floor. Large living room with table and chairs and a fully equipped open kitchen.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. 2 more bedrooms on the 1st floor with a shared family bathroom. On the 3rd floor there is the big master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
From the kitchen there is access to the big aft terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue and a big table with 10 seats.
On the ground floor a large terrace surrounding the house with lots of trees and flowers that make this a very pleasant garden.
There is a private garage ideal for storing bikes, or windsurfers.
Alcudia Beach is internationally recognised for the quality of its beach and sea. Kilometres of white sandy beach, ideal for children and families.

Thereby NOT offering and NOT providing any kind of Hotel like services like; reception, drinks or meals, maid/ cleaning services, etc. Some of these services can be provided upon specific request.
Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,- per person (16 and older) per day.
For self-catering accommodation, the daily tax rate is € 2,- per person per day.
(with discounts of 50 per cent for stays in low season (Nov-Apr) and stays off longer than 9 days during the high season).
