Sara’s place is really close to Disneyland. With traffic about 15 minutes or less. If you don’t mind a little bit of noise from the outside, and you’re not too picky, this is a perfect place. It was for us.
Sara and her boyfriend are really nice and the dogs are adorable. The room is private with 3/4 bathroom, tv, fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Older furnishings didn’t bother us at all. The room and the bathroom were fairly clean. She provided linens and there is bunch of the body wash and soap bars left from the previous guests. My recommendation to Sara would be to dispose of those after guests leave, as well as any food leftovers left in the freezer. The freezer had a lot of ice buildup so it froze our food in the fridge. Not a big deal except we were drinking a slushy first thing in the morning. Luckily it is pretty warm there year-round.
The apt community has two gates. Enter the first gate, next to the motel. You will need a fob to open the gate. There is no other way of entering the property. We called her when we arrived and she waited outside. You will park under the designated carport. It is an older community but didn’t seem unsafe.
I do recommend Sara’s place.
