Private room in a large, charming house with plenty of space to relax and enjoy while you're in the area. The house is perfect for monthly stays and has everything you'll need to feel right at home. Our location in Echo Park is secluded yet walkable, close to parks and cafes, minutes to Sunset and central to much of LA. Magical gardens, relaxing views and perfect weather, it's all here. Book with us for your next stay for an ideal accommodation and fantastic experience!

Charming house in the hills has a magical and lovely feel. Enjoy the gardens outside with multiple seating areas both inside and out. The house is well maintained and equipped to accommodate guests for monthly stays. Resident host and manager lives at the house and we are available during your stay if you should need us. The common areas are available for your enjoyment and the housekeeping is included. As are the bed linens and towels, soaps and access to laundry. We are are also dog friendly and the house has wifi, cable tv, netflix and easy street parking.
This room is on the second story of the house and has a great view of the hills, cosy feel and original art. A comfortable queen size bed and relaxing space. Mirror included as well as blackout shades. Large walk-in closet space and nice bedside table for storage. Weekly housekeeping included.
The resident host and property manager, Tim, lives at the house and his room is on the first floor. The house is ideal for guests and we regularly rent each of the 4 bedrooms through Airbnb. Two of the rooms are upstairs and two are downstairs.
We've updated our house rules and guidelines to reflect concerns given COVID-19 and are now requesting all interested guests review our additional house rules and do a video call with us at the time of booking to introduce ourselves, tour the space and ensure all questions are answered prior to arrival.

The living room, dining room and kitchen plus several outdoor seating areas in our gardens are available during your stay. There's also plenty of space outside to bask in the sun, enjoy the lush, native species gardens and more! We have updated our house rules and guidelines to include social distancing requirements and although we do rent out our rooms to several guests, we ask that our guests maintain social distance and maintain 1 party of guests in each space at any given time and respect others' time and access to enjoyment of said spaces.

2. The resident host and property manager, Tim, lives at the house with his dog, Aston Martin
3. We are dog friendly with a limit of 1 dog per guest and do charge a pet fee.
