After stepping onto the Southern front porch under an ancient live oak you will enter the great room with sleeper sofa, desk, smart tv, end tables and chair. Next is kitchen with d/w, refrig/icemaker, garbage disposal, stove/microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, dishes and glassware, pots and pans, chef's knives and utensils, dish towels, W/D, iron and ironing board, Bath includes hair dryer and towels, Bedroom has a tropical feel with Queen bed, two changes of linens, a smart tv, huge closet with overhead storage, chest of drawers and two night stands.

As the film industry is very active in the neighborhood occasionally we get a 2 or 3 day notice that we will not be able to park on our street due to filming. If this happens (and it likely will not) there is usually parking just around the corner. If it does, sit on the porch and watch the action!
