We have some things we want, in order to preserve this special place. Pets and smoking are not allowed, inside or out. With this historic place, gentleness and care for grounds, buildings, other facilities and contents are needed. Respect for, and friendliness with neighbors is appreciated. We can orient our guests to other specifics when they are arriving.
We provide 2 large garbage cans and unlimited recycling at no charge. We encourage you to stay within these limits. Beyond this amount, a charge of $50 will come from the security deposit for each additional equivalent 50 gallon can, because of the cleanup to prevent damage, fees and transport required to take it to the resident transfer station.
