Courtyard space can be used. Home is in a gated community next to Lake Perris. It is also across the street from the new Kaiser Hospital and within minutes to Riverside community hospital. Perfect for the traveling nurse or doctor. Perfect for those on the way to Palm Springs or Cabazon Outlets. Perfect for those visiting family in town and needing a separate drama-free place to stay.

As a guest, you will have access to the courtyard and casita. No access to main house. No cooking or laundry access. The casita has its own private entrance and has its own private bath. You will be given a code to enter the room.
