House with two bedrooms only 80 meters from the best beaches of Marbella. It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite) plus an additional sofa bed in the living room. It has its own garden and pool in the summer (2.5 m diameter).

Our house is located in a quiet residential area next to the sea to the east of Marbella and just 6 km from the center. It was built in 1970 and completely renovated to a high standard in 2016. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder months.
From the living room leads to a covered porch and private garden which has tumbunas to relax. In the summer months there is even a swimming pool (about 3 m in diameter) to cool or children to play when not on the beach. The outdoor shower can use it when you get to the beach encuetra just 2 minutes walk.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds (150x200) with direct access to a nice sunny patio in the morning, and two bathrooms with heating being one of them en suite.
The house is equipped with satellite television and Internet. The car can be parked on the street near the house usually no problem. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk but you can even get there faster if you take the bike you'll find in the house.
Very close (in the radius of 350 meters) you will find many beach bars where you can eat, dine or have a drink.
From Costabella can take day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
