Swim day or night. Too cold to swim? No worries. You can enjoy the 104 degree hot tub. The tropical yard is surrounded with a privacy fence. Alternative lifestyle friendly allows you the freedom to totally be yourself many miles from your home town. Have fun creating new memories. Cook in your well equipped kitchen. You may choose to dine al fresco in the pool side lanai. Shower under the stars in the tropical outdoor bamboo shower. A short one block stroll will reward you with awesome sunsets at our modest waterfront park where local neighbors and college students gather at sunset.

The sugar white sands of Lido Beach (my favorite) is a short 10 minute drive. World famous Siesta beach is a 20 minute drive.

Northwest Sarasota is safe and friendly. It is truly Old Florida. Houses are an eclectic mix of tiny to mansions, modern to over 100 years old. There are three colleges in the neighborhood, a word class museum, micro-brew pub, Starbucks and a couple modest local restaurants in walking distance. The tiny water view bay front park is a one block walk.
