The apartment is 35 square meters and very centrally located, on the second floor of the Alga building. There are broad views of the valley and of the Grandes Murailles on one side and of the ski slopes and the Matterhorn on the other side. Located in Cervinia, a few meters from the pedestrian street via a private driveway. It offers tranquility and an excellent view, away from the noise of car traffic. The apartment has a private bathroom with bathtub/shower, bidet, sink, hot water heater, and hair dryer.
The living room has a comfortable table for 4 people.
22 inch-LED television with digital decoder.
There are products for household cleaning: brooms, vacuum cleaner, detergent and products for washing dishes, floors, etc.
The kitchen is well-equipped (includes microwave, stove, refrigerator and most relevant accessories to allow for food preparation with complete dinnerware including plates, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, espresso coffee machine, tea-kettle).
There are 2 single beds and one sofa bed. The apartment has a private parking space in the basement (available on request), directly accessible by internal stairs. There is a shared storage space for skis and a large courtyard where you can also park your car.
It has three windows and a balcony.
The apartment is comfortable for two adults with children. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Il condominio è molto rispettoso del silenzio e tranquillità durante le ore di riposo.
E' consentito l'accesso ad animali domestici (cani, gatti).
Non è consentito fumare nelle aree comuni del condominio (scale, garage, cantine).
Nell'appartamento è consentito fumare (ma poco gradito!).
Non si entra in casa con gli scarponi da sci e con gli attrezzi da sci.
