This place was absolutely perfect. It was even better than I expected. The location was beautiful and right next to an amazing waterfall. It was very peaceful to sleep with the light roar of the water. John had everything set up for us when we arrived, including the fire pit and s’mores, and was very helpful in guiding us to various places in the near by town. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a taste for glamping.

My dad and I stayed in the screen house and had a lovely and memorable stay. What a special place! The environment is stunning, we fell asleep to the powerful yet peaceful sound of the rushing water. I loved the outdoor shower, with warm water. John and Medjula were incredibly gracious and lovely hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. As I enjoyed sitting by the fire (which John set up nicely for us) I watched a fawn walk by. The place is an easy drive to Burlington and other smaller towns, with hikes nearby in every direction. It was a pleasure staying here and having the chance to meet two genuinely kind and warm individuals.

John's place is amazing. Everything you could need is provided for you and the area is incredible. John opens up his house to you and really makes you feel at home. Everything about the stay was perfect and we'll be back for a future visit!

Where to begin, I'm not sure except to say that if you're up for something different and this place is available to book - BOOK IT. John and Manjula were the kindest, most thoughtful hosts, nay, humans that I've come across in a long time. I won't go into details about the site, you can read that in the hundreds of other reviews...but know that John and Manjula are genuinely invested in making your stay memorable with lots of advice, thoughtful touches, and gestures. John advised us on a much better hike than we had originally planned (Mt. Abraham instead of Camel's Hump), made a hearty breakfast two days in a row complete with wild picked blueberries, good conversation over great coffee, laughs around a wood stove, every need, question, and amenity taken care of. You won't regret staying (URL HIDDEN) it now!

I had a great time staying with John and Manjula, they were wonderful hosts. Having a nice place like this to come back to after spending the day exploring the beautiful area was a terrific experience. And after a quick dip in the cool clear waters of the adjacent river you're reinvigorated for the next days adventures.

One of my favorite parts of travel is the opportunity to meet truly amazing people. John and Manjula are some of these special people. Their kindness, warmth, and vigor for life made our short stay with them magical. Sitting by a fire and sleeping by the rush of the beautiful stream was incredibly tranquil and we left our stay feeling centered and peaceful. Thank you John and Manjula for sharing your beautiful home and your incredible hospitality. We look so forward to visiting again.

John's place was absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. Listening to the waterfall while falling asleep in his tent was truly relaxing! He was a very gracious and genuine host who really cared about making sure we had everything we needed. It was very nice having a camp fire built for us each night! I highly recommend his place for a getaway as there's so much to do in the area.
