New renovated and beautiful! New furniture and appliances. All towels and linens, basic spices, and all kitchen cookware/utensils/etc. is provided. Both Keurig Coffee Maker and Drip Coffee maker in Kitchen. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, although there is usually a nice cool breeze blowing through the apartment. Air conditioning, washer and dryer, gas grill. Located within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, health club, miniature golf, and gift shops. Just a short Trolley trip to the center of town and the Trolley stop is right out front of the apartment! Wifi on site. Fitness Center on site.

This is a 2nd floor apartment with large porch on main entry floor and gardens. It is near another vacation rental home, which can be rented in combination with the apartment. There is a gas rill available during summer months. Plenty of parking. Great for small families as it is near a family entertainment facility. During summer, music from the entertainment center can sometimes be heard until about 10pm BUT ONLY IF windows are left wide open in the apartment. With the addition of air conditioning, this should not be a concern to our renters.
