Perfect place for staging an exploration in Southern CA: It's at the epi-center of many major attractions: Two adults would be very comfortable. Two adults and one small child is OK too. Look at the virtual map and walk up the street west towards Beverly Hills and Santa Monica or east towards Korea Town or North towards Hollywood or South towards Baldwin Hills. The neighbor hood is vibrant and is reflective of a metropolitan city as such. Very Cool. You wont be in Lynn Kansas anymore... The washer and dryer is available on weekends and if you have a need to user it sooner, of course, just give us adequate time to make that arrangement.
The guesthouse has a secluded feel as it’s nestled between our home and surrounded by foliage, there is an outdoor sitting area, which includes an outdoor fire pit and two sitting chairs. There’s a 15-foot high Honey Suckle hedge (tree?) that attracts humming birds all year round.
We're located on a main artery that is connected to many interesting locations in and around Los Angeles. The area is called the Miracle Mile and it's at the very center/heart of Los Angeles: Less than 1.5 miles from Beverly Hills, 2 miles from Hollywood and West Hollywood, less than and 9 miles from Santa Monica, 32 miles from Disney Land and 34 miles from Magic Mountain and less than 1/4 mile from the international recognized Los Angles County Museum of Arts and the Petersen Auto Museum (for car buffs) and less than 7 miles from the Internationally known Getty Museum. The Guest House is less than 5 miles from down town Los Angeles. A bus stop is less than 100 feet from the property line, which transverse all the cities mentioned and intersects with major roads leading to the museums. If you’re a Lakers fan, you’re less than 4 miles form the LA Live and the Staple Center ( 15 minutes bus ride) and if you’re a shopper, you’re less than 1 mile from the Grove Shopping and Entertainment Center, getting around from this location is not difficult.
The Guest House:
-Kitchen/Living Area: Open area fully stocked kitchen: refrigerator, all glassware, pots/pans coffee maker/espresso maker and flatware.
-Large wall mounted TV, Cable, WIFI, radio and DVD player
-Leather Sofa and Bogart chair
-New foldout queen Murphy Bed, large closets with plenty of space to hang clothes with built in drawers
-The floor outside the bathroom is Travertine Stone and the counter tops are granite.
-Bathroom: Ceramic shower around, porcelain sink and toilet.
Includes linens, towels, light heater, ironing board and blankets.
-Logs for the outdoor pit
Our home is within the site of the guesthouse.

Remember that song that says, "no-body walks in LA" Well, it is true, most walkers are running so if you don't have a car or like running, a bike is your best bet and we have two bikes that you can use. If you lose it, you must pay for $75.00 :(
