This renovated stone house with 3 apartments is situated on a large 1300 m² property on the edge of the small village Colleville-sur-Mer. The famous 6 km long Omaha Beach is just a short walk away (1 km). All apartments have separate entrances.

All apartments have separate entrances and are furnished in typical rustic Norman style with some antique pieces. In front of and behind the house are large lawns that are surrounded by trees and walls. A shared yard offers ample parking space.
Colleville Cabourg - Apartment 3: 70 m² for max. 6 people
Ground floor: Tiles, partly natural stone walls, living/dining room with kitchen corner (separated by bar), big bed couch, bathroom with shower and toilet (refurbished in 2014).
Upper floor: Wooden floorboards, bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), bedroom 2 with
double bed (130 cm), single bed (90 cm), guest bed.

What to bring: Bed linen, sheets, towels, dish towels.
Electricity, gas for fireplace, water/hot water: electriciy until 10 kWh per day and water included in rental price. over 10 kWh => 0,15€ / kWh
