Welcome to our luxury home, a contemporary-styled, sophisticated 4 bed flat in a Renaissance-era setting that offers guests the perfect blend of old and new. There is taste and elegance in every detail that combines contemporary design and style, alongside the structure's original Renaissance features. Nestled in the heart of Florence’s Oltrarno quarter it is located just a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio and lively streets dotted with shops, bars, restaurants, and artisan workshops.
Discover the birthplace of the Renaissance whilst living in your own historical apartment where original ceiling frescoes and 17th-century columns adorn the living room. Our 2,000 square feet home situated on the 3rd floor (with elevator) comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 double suites, with an additional 4 guests on 4 single sofa beds split between the master and living room. Large groups on holiday and families who prefer privacy will find it here. More importantly, live like an Italian and enjoy la dolce vita: laughter, conversation, shared meals and plenty of wine (included in the rental price!). In fact, when you choose our apartment, we want you to feel at “ home”. A place that is warm, cosy, bright and spacious. A place that you can come back to in the evening and simply relax all together. The apartment’s crowning feature is its laboratorioculinario, which is an open space kitchen with beautiful handcrafted wooden table – sits up to 12 – where you may gather with friends or family for breakfast or sit down and tuck into a delicious meal prepared by your own private chef in a stunning setting that also feels like home. We’ve even included our own personal trove of family recipes, so you can savor the enticing aromas of the traditional Italian cuisine, glass of wine in hand, surrounded by the people you love. The modern, open kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, with cookware hanging from hooks and a generous stainless steel worktop. After a long day exploring the city, retreat to the infrared sauna room to wind down with a good novel.
The house is all yours to use and enjoy as you please. If we need to access the property for any reason we will always let you know in advance.
There is no reception at the apartment and we do not live on site but you can always contact us by email or by calling our house manager’s emergency phone. We meet all our guests upon arrival and we always try to be there to say goodbye! We look forward to meeting you!
