Small pre-room between bathroom and living room with comfortable mattress in cozy 1-room-apartment. No private room, but enough privacy. City center: 5 min, Main Station: 20 min, University: 10 min, Cologne Trade Fair: 18 min (direct metro connection).

I live in a 45m2 apartment in the popular neighbourhood Sülz. The room to rent is a little room between the bathroom and my main room, that is why I call it a "public room", but there is a door, so during night we will sleep in completely separated rooms and you won't share it with any other guest. I totally respect your space and privacy as long as you're in.

In the main room is a kitchen with a bar, corner with an armchair & TV, a table with chairs and a lot of space. You can use everything when I'm not home. Kitchen only accessible in the day and evening, NOT in the morning (my bed and kitchen are in the same room).
其他注意事項
4th floor without elevator. IMPORTANT: Clean after yourself! 1. Kitchen: your used dishes; 2. Bathroom: no hair in shower/sink, no dirty leftovers in the toilet!
If you don't clean on purpose you will be asked to leave. For me it's more like a shared flat where I'm your friend, not like a hotel where I'm your cleaning lady.
PLEASE only guests who are coming to Cologne with a purpose and don't stay at home 24/7. This is rather a low-cost and practical place to sleep, not a place to stay in all day long. I live here and I need some hours at home for myself.
