Private parking in quiet and secure residence park, large swimming pool (20 m long!), playground (slide, petanque area, ...). very quiet (31 bis avenue Saint Lazare Montpellier), all shops and many restaurants. The city center is nearby and you can enjoy all the activities in Montpellier (city tours, museums, parks and monuments, shops, parties, festivals and concerts, ...). I will give you information on activities and leisure to do in the city and its environs

The sea is 12 km. Possibility to rent bicycles to go for example to the sea. Estivaliers travelers, you will love the pool (20 m long) and you will immerse in the atmosphere of a nice residence close to the center -city.
