Bedroom (s) available in modern town house off the Bohemian district of the Ormeau road close to the Ormeau Park, Coffee houses, Queens University, museum etc. and the many bistros, bars and cafes the Ormeau road has to offer. The house is minutes and walkable to and from Belfast city centre with excellent transport links.

Guests have access to all main living areas of the property. My Home is modernised it has quiet reception areas with high speed internet and Smart TV's . The main reception lounge has a Bose Music System with access to global digital radio. The property has gas under floor central heating, modern fully equipped kitchen with double fridge freezer, dish washer, oven and gas on glass hob and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. The kitchen opens onto a courtyard outdoor space which can be used weather permitting. Or for those who smoke. Upstairs guests have full use of 2 modern bathrooms both with walk in rain fall showers, towels and Lighted bluetooth Bathroom mirrors which allow the playing of music/radio from guests smart phones. The double bedrooms are fully equipped with high speed Internet access, TV's and high quality beds and bed linen. Guests can avail of a continental breakfast on request. Utility area with washing machine and sensor tumble dryer is available for use.

My home is situated in a tree lined street in the extremely popular bohemian Ormeau Road/Ravenhill area of South Belfast. The property is 5 minute taxi or bus ride and is walkable to and from Belfast City Centre. The area is very tourist friendly and has a distinct bohemian feel with the local shops, produce, bistros, coffee houses, bars and restaurants. The Victorian Ormeau Park are a few minutes walk away. The Ravenhill Rugby Grounds, Lyric Theatre, Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum and Queens University can all be accessed by foot. Transport links to the city centre is a 2 minute walk from my home. Please note this is a quiet residential area with parking available in a tree lined street which is free. You will always find a parking spot close to the house. However if you require secure or underground parking then this is not the right listing for you. .
