We would like to apologize for the delay in the delivery of your baby cot as there were some issues with transports the day of your arrival, resulting in a delayed delivery of the bed. We hold a very high standard when it comes to cleanliness and we are sorry to hear that you did not find the cleaning satisfactory. Had this been signalled to us, we would have been happy to address these issues to ensure a more comfortable stay for you and your family. We have given the flat a thorough cleaning and performed some general works and we believe you would be pleased with the end results. As for the Wi-Fi, this is the first time someone has complained about the connection. We have verified it and it seems to be functioning fine now. If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we apologize, as with a quick phone call or text message we could have easily come over to help you with the connection. We do hope you will give us a second chance on a future visit so that you may see the improvements we have made.
