Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath Condo located 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach on a quiet street. You must be 27 and older to rent. The unit has a garage with up to 3 cars of off street parking available. Condo is located in the center of it all, a short walk to the convention center, beaches, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping.
Unit is equipped with a full kitchen with all modern appliances, gas range, coffee maker, dishwasher, and pots/pans/dishes/utensils for 8 or more people.

The unit is fully equipped and enough beds to accommodate eight (8) people comfortably. The garage has enough space to fit two (2) cars and another one in the driveway. during the summer months, the garage you will find beach equipment for the unit including beach chairs, umbrellas, games, boogie boards and a wagon to assist in transporting the items and your belongings to the beach.

Your unit is the center unit up one flight of stairs, Unit A. Code for entry along with what to bring and other pert-ant information for your stay will be provided approximately one week prior to your arrival.

The Boardwalk is 2 ½ blocks from the Condo and is lined with shops, restaurants, arcades, amusement rides, water parks, miniature golf ect… . A new Miniature golf course just opened two blocks away on New Jersey Ave. Just walk up the block to New Jersey Ave and turn left towards Rio Grande.
All the Wildwood beaches are free and located just off the boardwalk. Beach chairs, umbrellas, children and adult beach toys/games, body wave riders and wagon to haul to the beach are located in the garage of the unit. Please clean them and place them neatly back in the unit after use. If something breaks or is lost, that is OK just let us know so we can replace it.
