Location is good and the place is well equipped and clean. The AC in the bedrooms is good, wifi is slow but not a huge deal. Monkeys are around, on several occasions they came within 20 feet of the balcony.

We had a great stay at MA Estates. Location is an easy walk to Quepos and a 10 minute drive to Manuel Antonio. Apartment was spacious and the pool and grounds were very clean.
