I am a vibrant person who loves life and enjoys exploring new frontiers, but I also have my quiet side that loves the quiet times, nature, walking in the hills and down the beach. I love meeting all kinds of people from all countries and all religions. I have a very open mind, and love pushing boundaries, both the inner world and the outer world. My children and grandchildren are a huge part of my life, and get to see them as often as possible. I am a Life Coach, Counsellor and Numerologist. Life is about learning and growing, about going through the dark days knowing that things will eventually change and that you will be all the stronger and wiser for going through the situation. There are always gems to be found if you search hard enough and never give up. I go swimming each day and have a personal trainer twice a week which I do with a friend of mine, it keeps us both motivated, and most importantly fit and healthy. I also on a regular basis take out a group of women and a few men on outings around Adelaide. From going to the movies, a BBQ in the park, visiting the local Fire Brigade, and many more. It gets them out of the house and meeting new people from their areas. I love going to the movies with friends or by myself, but I must admit I haven't seen too many new ones lately. I work at enjoying every day because you never know what is around the corner.......and to never have any regrets, life is too short.
