The apartment is set in this Spanish-style home, which is one of four “Spanish Sisters” that were built in 1929 by architect L.W. Miller. Downtown Santa Cruz’s bakeries, grocery stores, wine tasting, the beach, pubs, and restaurants are all a short walk away as is UCSC. Please note that we live upstairs so you may be somewhat aware of us. However, your apartment is very private, and we cannot hear you unless you want us to. We don't have children or dogs, so relax and enjoy this special spot!
