Hi there, my name is Ryan, your host, and along with my family, we'd like to welcome you to Austin’s Eastside Flats. In a former life, I was a teacher, coach, and sales executive. Now, I am a proud father of two, who has the opportunity to work from home and raise our sons with my lovely lady Jenny. In addition to managing several short-term and long-term rentals, I take care of our young boys, work in event production, and enjoy woodworking. I was able to build much of the guesthouse myself. You’ll find my work throughout the flats, such as the bathroom vanities, window features, kitchen shelves, concrete countertop, cedar trim, barn door, and the terrace and staircase. Jenny and I love hosting our guests and helping them experience our culture-rich neighborhood and fantastic city. Let us know what we can do to make your stay amazing.
