Saltbush is in a newer part of Torquay north; just a 15 minute stroll to Whites beach or a five minute drive to Gilbert street, the town centre. Peppers 'The Sands' Golf Resort is two minutes down the road. A supermarket, wine bar, Thai restaurant and coffee shop are a mile up the road from Saltbush. We overlook a large park, the dwelling is surrounded by garden and the location is quiet and serene.
