Hi, I am a real estate investor. My husband is a licensed contractor and attorney. We renovate and sell properties in Arizona, but also keep some as vacation rentals. We live about 10 miles from our condos in Mesa, and we are very quick to respond when needed. My daughter, Meredith, manages the properties and has also had her own listings on Airbnb.
