You can easily access everything in town by foot and, because the ferry is so close to the house, you can get into town by boat from Boston and never need a car. (The Ptown airport is a 7-minute car ride away.) You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach — there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a 5- or 10-minute walk. The house has 2 dedicated parking spots, too.
