Please note that there is no A/C in the bungalow. It is few miles from the Pacific Ocean which makes the air cool if you open the windows and turn on the fans. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and the nights are in the low 70s or 60s most of the year.
There are also no other guests allowed except those who are registered through Airbnb.
There are no parties allowed.

We are a family who loves to travel the world via AirBnB. So far we've been to 21 countries and counting. We have lived in Los Angeles for over 30 years and love this city. Our favorite spots are the Getty, the beach, the Hollywood Bowl, Sugarfish Sushi and LACMA Friday night Jazz. When we travel you can find us in a luxury vacation rental or high end boutique hotel. We are very selective about where we stay, it has to be nicer than our home or it's not happening. We brought that same spirit and special touch to our AirBnBs, which we consider affordable luxury.
