I'm a vet living the good life with my menagerie in LA (as we locals like to call Long Ashton). I love growing flowers to fill my home with, you'll probably get a few spilling over into the Cottage if you stay with us. I love cooking all sorts of food with veg from my garden and eggs from our ducks and chickens. I've started baking my own sourdough bread. I'm currently experimenting with Kimchi, Keffir and Kombucha and don't get me started on the Rhubarb gin....
