“I’m on 1.5 acres, next to a small horse farm. The home behind me is on about 6 acres, the one across the street about 10. Plenty of room to spread out, inside and out. I’m just 3 miles from everything: downtown, Eastport, interstates 50 & 97, close to everything but you’ll feel like you’re in the country. Nice walking residential community, especially Ferry Point Road, Melvin Road, and Arbutus Road. Quiet Waters Park offers 5+ miles of paved trails with many water views.
