My name is Raúl and I’m a native to Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. Currently, in addition to interior design, I’m passionate about good food and drinks, as well as traveling to explore new destinations. I am an Industrial Engineer and I run my own business equipping hotels and restaurants with industrial kitchens. I’ve always loved Oaxaca and I consider it my home although I’ve spent a lot of time away. Currently my home base is in Mexico City (my second home), but I try to come back to Oaxaca as often as possible to enjoy all that it has to offer. One of the marvels of Oaxaca is its vast cultural richness, especially its gastronomy and indigenous traditions. I’d like to share some references so you can enjoy and experience Oaxaca or Mexico City during your stay.
