Tucked among peaceful wooded surroundings, the home offers a comfortable base for day trips to Glacier National Park, Kootenai National Forest, rugged rivers, scenic trails, and nearby town favorites. After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Sitting on 10 acres, take advantage of the entire property or explore Northwestern Montana. 77 Miles to Glacier National Park. 50 miles to Whitefish ski mountain, 14 Miles to Lake Koocanusa, 200 yards into the Kootani National Forest. This house offers a chance to unplug, but also has fiber internet for those who need to work. We also have Aveda products for our guests.

Tobacco Riverwalk Flat

This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.

Creek Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin, nestled creek side at the historic 69 Ranch in Eureka, Montana. Scenic mountain views. Horses in the field and wildlife seen often. Nearby golf course or Lake Koocanusa 15 minutes away or just enjoying the views and peacefulness around the cabin. No pets and no children under 12 years of age. No feeding horses or going into the fenced area. No burning candles. check in 4pm and check out 11am. Thank you and enjoy your Montana stay.

High Rustler House is located in the main village of Castle Mountain Resort, located 20 minutes from Beaver Mines, 40 minutes from Pincher Creek and just over 1 hour from Waterton. Ski-in, ski-out has never been so comfortable! Watch the chairlift start in the morning or walk to one of Castle's great hiking trails, there is tons to do in this area!
