Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The wifi is moderate due to the location, so it allows you to unplug. Crow Hill is dog friendly ( no cats) and perfect for a family getaway. The cabin is deep cleaned and sanitized between guests. Enjoy a private getaway in Livingston Manor! Our light-filled house is designed for entertaining, with an open plan and fully-stocked kitchen, and lots of local character. The rocky creek behind the huge yard is great for wading. In winter a woodstove keeps you cozy while you look through oversize picture windows at the snow. In summer you'll spend evenings on a large deck with grill and dining area, and gather around the Solo Stove fire pit before you fall asleep to the sound of the stream.
