Come experience bonfires, roasted s'mores and hot dogs, toasty feet by the indoor fireplace, warm soaks in the jetted tub, flattop or charcoal grilling, a rambunctious game of Foosball, watching the day pass by on the expansive screened in porch, and so much more. Higgins Lake is just a 10 min drive away or consider a day trip to Petoskey or Traverse City.

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

Cousin Cottage

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

The Lookout is a fabulous lake home with breathtaking views directly on Michigan's largest inland lake. Both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed inside through a wall of windows or outside on the beautifully landscaped patio. The open concept living space features a chef's kitchen with Viking stove, granite countertops and wine fridge. Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. Master bedroom offers amazing views of the lake.

The house is very comfortable and is ready for a relaxing stay in the woods. It's only 1 mile from South Higgins Lake State Park and Marl Lake, which are the best places around for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, and canoeing. It's a 12 min drive to Roscommon and a 20 min drive to Houghten Lake, where you can find anything you need or want, including more beaches and water sports.
