A modern and completely remodeled A-Frame cabin right in between Higgins & Houghton Lake. 5 Minute drive from Higgins Lake, 10 minute drive to Houghton Lake, and close to golf courses and hiking trails. Tucked back away from the road, you will have a peaceful and relaxing evening with the wood burning fireplace, puzzles, games, books, bonfire pit, and a stylish interior including one full bath, one first floor bedroom, and a loft. Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks
