The large deck and sprawling yard offer space for outdoor dining, lawn games, and family tournaments with volleyball, cornhole, and horseshoes. Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Lakefront Cottage, 4 kayaks, w/ pontoon option

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.
