The large deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the views out to sea & natural surroundings, with an amazing variety of birds, along with the goats, geese, peacocks & alpacas that roam the farm. We're only 10 mins from Bawley's pristine beaches & we provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Welcome to our family holiday house! Pet friendly, newly renovated and located in the heart of Mossy point, with river access at the end of the street and the stunning North Broulee Beach and Candallagan Creek only minutes away. The house is equipped with a new kitchen and recycled timber floorboards, complete with a garage full of surfboards, all your favorite board games, and a big, fully fenced backyard. The house comes with bed and bath linen, all you need to bring is beach towels.

Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit; a 2-minute walk from the garden down to the beach. It has a large bathroom, bath, separate toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean but guests have their own table overlooking the beautiful beach. Five nearby cafes offer great meals or you can cook simple meals. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
