Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.

It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.

Please be advised that it is situated below the 2nd floor of the house, which may result in noise such as people walking above from the upper floor. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
