29 Ebden – Architectural Home in Hobart’s North

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

The two-story cottage combines old world charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a cosy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and a generous, well equiped kitchen with dining table overlooking a private garden, as well as laundry facilities and a second WC. Upstairs, the two generous bedrooms share a bathroom and feature queen sized beds. With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

This totally private retreat is the ideal get-away for couples seeking a romantic interlude in a busy life, and for friends and families spending intimate and quality time together or celebrating those special dates. Set on 5 acres fully screened from the road by coastal forest, Peace & Plenty enjoys its own 200m ocean beach frontage, just a 70 metre stroll along a private path. It offers quality amenities, an indoor pool heated to 34 degrees all year round and a seasonal veggie garden.

Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available

Aplite House is an architecturally designed, solar passive, and solar-powered home, built from Tasmanian materials and designed by the Hobart firm Dock 4. The 200-acre property is located at Friendly Beaches, between Bicheno and Coles Bay, and it borders the iconic Freycinet National Park on three sides. AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
