You have access to the trails, creek, and bike path. -Heat/AC, Electric -Kitchenette w/ mini fridge, coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, electric skillet -Fold-out table and chairs -Charcoal Grill (bring your own charcoal) -Port-a-Jon -BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWS, and BEDDING for Queen Sized Bed -NO RUNNING WATER TO CABINETTE (spigot located in the driveway with city water)
