Upstairs, each bedroom has both a Queen bed and a Twin-over-Full bunk Whether a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, this is the kind of place you won’t want to leave!

This renovated home is fully furnished ready for you to enjoy at the Ross Barnett Reservoir in Brandon, Mississippi. It has 3 bedrooms on one level. There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. WiFi is included, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is large wooded backyard with private deck with fenced in yard. Private parking in front of home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Chasing Sunsets is a 2 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled home located on the Ross Barnett Reservoir. It boasts a putting green w firepit and outdoor entertainment area. The home is professionally designed by local Interior Specialist. All finishes are hand picked to curate an enjoyable stay. It is located within minutes of Lakeshore park, local restaurants, boat ramp, piers and beach access. Sunsets are unbeatable. We invite you to take a stroll and enjoy all that the Rez has to offer.

Spacious Condo with Pool (Short & Long Term Stays)

VERY SPACIOUS INCLUDES POOL, TWO GYMS AND TENNIS COURT! Guests have private use of the condo with self check-in keyless entry. Has 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, enclosed screened patio, sunroom, living room with TV and Sofa that converts to a double bed or chaise, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area. Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

The Cottage on College Street

The Cottage is very cozy with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments.

Sweet Olive Cabin Morton, MS

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.
