Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

This apartment is in a typical TENEMENT BUILDING Central to the small town of Rothesay, Isle of Bute, Scotland. A beautiful little Island on the West Coast of Scotland with Magnificent Scenery, Golf, Fishing, Walking, Swimming, etc. The apartment is almost beachfront and a short 3 minute walk to beautiful woodland walks. PLEASE BE AWARE THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR with views of the sea. From the kitchen window you can watch the ferries coming in. Perfect for a short break.

Entire ground floor flat in Kilchattan Bay

Our small, ground floor, one bedroom flat is situated off the main road in the seaside village of Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute. As a family we have been coming on holiday here all our lives and welcome you to use our holiday home. The island is a really lovely place with plenty to explore and do, the house itself features a double bed and bunk bed to the rear and to the front you have a kitchen/living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. On street parking is never a problem.

It is an ideal location for a weekend away with friends or family but also caters perfectly for a longer stay.

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.

Beach House Number Two is a two-bedroom apartment with a private garden, direct beach access and stunning views of the River Clyde & the islands of Cumbrae and Arran. This flat has 2 king-size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a 43" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV. The bathroom has an extra-large bath and a luxury shower.

Comfortable flat with fabulous views of Loch Long

Our fully equipped flat is part of the upper story of a victorian villa on the western shore of Loch Long. Originally built in 1860 and extended in 1910, the house has fabulous views of the loch. The flat is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
